This collection company was calling my work and cell phone numbers numerous times per day. I finally contacted the collection agent ([redacted]) and worked out a payment arrangement on the account. I was able to pay the account in full rather than as payments and when I was able to do so I contacted Mr. [redacted] and let him know I had put a money order in the mail (via voice mail message left) and asked Mr. [redacted] to please contact me when the money order was received. The money order was mailed on 2/9/12. I didn't hear anything from Mr. [redacted] after I thought enough time had passed for the money order to have been received so I left another voice mail for Mr. [redacted] on 2/24/12. To date I have still NEVER received a call back from Mr. [redacted] as requested and finally, on 3/16/12 I went online, found the phone # for the Money order site I purchased the money order from, called the phone # and was able to verify that money order had been cashed on 2/14/12. I still have no verification this money was applied to the accounts it was intended for, have received no call back from Mr. [redacted] as of yet, after leaving several voice mails for him at the phone # he gave me ###-###-#### and cannot get any confirmation that these accounts are settled. This, to me, is TERRIBLE business communication and unacceptable.
