This is a second time I'm submitting my complaint against CB2 via Revdex.com. They won't unsubscribe our family from their mail catalogues despite numerous direct requests to CB2 and their confirmation that we were removed. We first started filing requests in Jan 2019. It's not been a year and we still receive them! In addition, when I submitted a complaint in 2019 via Revdex.com a CB2 rep confirmed we were removed which was a lie. We still receive them!! We need to be removed. We don't shop at CB2. It's a waste of paper and environmental resources and we feel spammed by CB2
The business is NOT responding adequately. They did NOT remove me (***) from their system. I filed the complaint a year ago and I've received over 10 catalogues over the last year (not just 2-3). It's been over 12 months! Please address first why MY name is not removed and why I'm still receiving catalogues a YEAR later! Stop switching the topic on my husband's subscriprion. That's secondary to my complaint. Address why I'm receiving catalogues a year later please and over 10 catalogues. Address why I wasn't unsubscribed despite MULTIPLE attemps over the year and you confirming I was unsubscribed previously
10/13/2019 Complaint against CB2 for delivery issues, service issues, refund issues, and customer service issues.
I purchased a merced large seagrass basket (SKU 202-424) along with other items from CB2 online on the 16/08/2019. I received the other items in the order. The basket never arrived. The FedEx tracking number says the item has been returned and signed for 9/11/2019. I have received no communication from CB2 and no refund still after one month. I have sent numerous emails to CB2 customer support and had no response. I had terrible customer support from CB2 online chat customer support representatives and no follow up from management regarding the issue and my complaints to CB2.
