As anyone knows that desires to consider Pella replacement windows, you must call and schedule an appointment During that process you are asked a tremendous number of questions and are told some alternative times a salesperson can come to your home they read to you a long list of items which will be discussed So, on the day of the sales call, you get a call from the local showroom saying that they cant make it today To which I replied 'this does not breed a lot of confidence in the sales and service process if the first appointment is cancelled the day of the appointment after Pella wanted the whole family present during the sales call" I asked the lady calling to have her manager call me back in hopes that the manager would relate to that somewhat skepticism MrCollin B [redacted] called back and absolutely refused to acknowledge that a prospective customer might have some misgivings about the sales call under these circumstances He offered a appointment later in the day, and when I said that I would try to be there, said, "I think we will just pass on the job" I asked his title as owner or general manager and he indicated that he was the sales manager for the showroom to which I replied 'ill bet the owner really does enjoy having you as the sales manager with this level of empathy for the prospective customer's schedule" Now, do we really want to deal with a supplier such as the memphis show room when the whole idea of home remodeling customer satisfaction is industry wide suspicious? I dont I can buy windows from anyone So I will let you all know when and if the owner of the local showroom calls me to say 'oops, im sorry, let me make sure your experience with pella is a good one." until then, [redacted] here I come

As anyone knows that desires to consider Pella replacement windows, you must call and schedule an appointment. During that process you are asked a tremendous number of questions and are told some alternative times a salesperson can come to your home. they read to you a long list of items which will be discussed.
So, on the day of the sales call, you get a call from the local showroom saying that they cant make it today. To which I replied 'this does not breed a lot of confidence in the sales and service process if the first appointment is cancelled the day of the appointment after Pella wanted the whole family present during the sales call" I asked the lady calling to have her manager call me back in hopes that the manager would relate to that somewhat skepticism. Mr. Collin B[redacted] called back and absolutely refused to acknowledge that a prospective customer might have some misgivings about the sales call under these circumstances. He offered a 330 appointment later in the day, and when I said that I would try to be there, said, "I think we will just pass on the job" I asked his title as owner or general manager and he indicated that he was the sales manager for the showroom. to which I replied 'ill bet the owner really does enjoy having you as the sales manager with this level of empathy for the prospective customer's schedule"
Now, do we really want to deal with a supplier such as the memphis show room when the whole idea of home remodeling customer satisfaction is industry wide suspicious? I dont. I can buy windows from anyone. So I will let you all know when and if the owner of the local showroom calls me to say 'oops, im sorry, let me make sure your experience with pella is a good one." until then, [redacted] here I come.
