I have called to ask these people to stop throwing garbage in front of my door. I get approx seven plastic bags with circulars in them, all delivered right outside my door. Every time I have tried to call after the first successful call I get placed in a queue with the message "you are number one in the queue" playing for minutes on end. I never get to an actual person.

For well over 2 years, I have been asking this company to please stop throwing and delivering those bags of plastic filled with flyers from various retailers etc. They haven't stopped. I call them every Wednesday after observing them throwing the flyers on the bottom landing of my steps. They may stop one week but continue the next. They have also been observed video tapping my home and walking up and around my front lawn and steps. I have it all on my home camera so this serves as proof. The police was also called to observe them and they stated that their boss said they can do this. Yet again, it has not stopped. The person answering the phone already knows its me calling and has her prepared speech stating she will contact her manager.

Our records indicate the resident has called us ten times to stop delivery of our package since 2017. Our distributors are required to take a photo that they have complied with the stop request and we have several photos showing non-delivery to this address over the last two years. Unfortunately, the photo requirement expired and it is possible a delivery was made. Each of our contract distributors carries a mobile device, which instructs them where to deliver or not deliver on their routes. We have set this address as a VIP STOP for the next five years, which will set off an alarm on the device to tell the carrier not to deliver. In addition, we have requested photo verification of non-delivery for the next two years, so we can ensure compliance with the resident's wishes. In the complaint, the resident stated she does not want the carrier taking a photo; however, this is the only way we can ensure and prove that no delivery was made. Given the gravity of the situation, we will take a photo of non-delivery every week for the next two years. I hope this resolves the situation and I apologize for the inconvenien

I would like to add that they have been going on my property to take these videos and walking up to my front steps. This is unacceptable and is trespassing. If your policy is to take videos you have no rights to come on my grass or steps to do so. I hope you instruct your workers to stay off or I will use these videos that I take as evidence to press charges. the police have this on notice and they will act on it.

I have called numerous times I have asked for the circulars to stop delivery to my home and now they tripled the amount. It's a 2 family home and I am now receiving 6 bags of circulars. Prior to my complaining I was just receiving 2 bags. I am tired of calling so now I have to try to resolve this issue through the Revdex.com.
