I am very disappointed with their customer service. I had ordered the wrong version of their product and simply asked if they could switch it out. They declined to swap my items indicating they had already shipped which is fine I and I understood that I made the mistake on my order. They did offer that I could return the items; however, when my shipment arrived one of the items was back ordered. No e-mail notification. They must have REALLY NOT checked on changing any items from my order as requested. I waited a week and then requested again they substitute the back ordered item with an item they do have in stock and have not received a reply. I recommended them to a friend, but will now tell her, and everyone else I know, I changed my mind about you this company. I am extremely disappointed.

I purchased product from the above company which has a 100% money back guarantee. I used the product and it did not work. I contacted them on how to process the return and they told me where to send it. They received it on July 29th by USPS. I have been trying to get a refund for what I returned on July 29th. I have emailed Vince *** several times and he finally told me he would get a check out to me on Thurs, Aug 24th. Never received a check. I emailed him again on Thursday, Sept 7th and have gotten no reply. In my email I told him I was goin to contact the Revdex.com. My purchase was $122.44. I wouldn’t have tried this product if it didn’t state 100% money back guarantee as I am on disability and limited income. I think this company is a sham. Can you please help me?
