If you stay here you had better not expect anyone to tell the truth or refund your moneyYou had better be prepared for all types of bugs, drug addicts, children running all around, consistent police and ambulance activity and if you live on the first floor be prepared to pay for the hot water for the residence on the second floorIf you know which is the hot water pipe just follow it up to the second floor and also see that the second floor does not have a water heaterIf you were told you would have free TV and Internet do not expect to receive that eitherDo not sign any type of lease or pay in full in advanceOnly pay with personal check never give cash even if you receive a receipt don't expect that it will be recorded as rent paidDo not have your mail delivered here for it is a business and you can not forward your mail to a new addressYou must contact every person and business in order to change your mail Even if you think by renting a motel suite for any amount of time that your motel suite number is your address it is notGet a PO Box for your mail, never have it delivered to the business addressTried to have the business forward my mail to me but of course they did not done soGave my new phone number and address to the business but they claim it was never given to themDo not fall for the I will call you right backNo call will be returnedDo not expect proper and ethical business practicesYou will need an attorney, pictures, video and if possible witnesses to the horrific conditions that you had to live inThey deny everything that is wrong with this placeI am out thousands of dollars because I was told to pay one year in advanceI am a retired senior and can not afford to loss this amount of money but for my sanity, medical, physical and emotional well being I did escape this but of course with loss of moneyI do not expect to be able to financially overcome such a devastating mistake as to moving there to keep myself from being homelessHomeless would have been much better for I have attained another place within only a few monthsMy money would have been better spend on gas for my carBEWARE! When I originally moved in to this apartment on June 25th there were things that still needed to be done that they promise to fixAfter being here for months they stated I needed to get the electric in my name because they did not like paying for the electric since I was keeping my air conditioning at a older level than they wantedI have told them numerous times about a leak in the ceiling from where the air conditioning filter goes and they have came out twice and only used a Shop-Vac to suck stuff out but never properly fixed itNow and the process of trying to move and when I go to box up my shoes from my closet that I really don't touch much of because there's only two pairs of shoes that I can wear at the moment due to pregnancy I found my entire floor and my closet soaking wet and covered in mold along with numerous pairs shoes covered in mold and which I do have pictures ofWhen I go and speak to Mary which is the owner she stated that I should be more clean and clean my room and all I needed to do is take a rag with bleach and wipe it downThe smell is so bad that I can't even sleep in my own roomNow she is very rude to me because she wants me to pay three months worth of electric bill that she said I was never responsible for in the first placeI did get the electric in my name and have repeatedly asked her why I have to pay almost $a day in electric and her response is it will go down when we don't use the A/C as oftenNothing ever gets fixed properly, there is issues with roaches, there is a truck that has numerous mattresses stacked on it covered in bed bugs that have not been disposed of since the entire time I've been hereThis place needs to be shut down by the health department
