I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this sort of resolves my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Guridal claimed that "at no time did my website claim that the photo's pictured on the website were representative of the rooms on the property." That is fine, but it does state that the pictures are "your property" thus indicating to people (such as myself), that the motel is reflective of the photosThe pictures are advertising, and I appreciate them being removed, although I feel the new photos should reflect more than the nice room on the property as many of the other rooms have duct tape holding the carpet together and holes in the lamp shades. If Guridal "took pride in making his customers feel at home when they are on the road", he might have more than a star rating on googleHe states "the customer who complained never had her boyfriend working here." My boyfriend, *** ***, was employed at this motel from November, to December, 2017, so yes, he was employed thereGuridal also made several other incorrect statements about meI stayed at the motel maybe twice (paying cash both times) with my son in the roomBoth of us were paid and accounted forWe stayed in the one nice room on the property as I refused to sleep in any of the other disgusting rooms while my boyfriend was workingI have NEVER met Guridal personally, and I believe he is confusing me with a different customerAt no point during either of my stays did anyone other than my boyfriend enter or leave the room, and I never "got irate or verbally abused the manager", as the manager at that time was my boyfriend.I am satisfied with the photo change, and would like to point out that Guridal might increase his business rating by putting a little effort into the appearance of the motel rooms, especially if this is his livelihood

publisher had just used stock photos for the website which is common practice for many small business owners and it was never a deception to our customersWe take our customers feedback seriously, so after reading the claim we decided to update the website with current photos of the motel instead of using stock photosIf the claimant would have approached us with this feedback we would have looked into the matter as we did now but they did notWe take pride in making our customers feel at home when they are on the roadWe have owned this small family business for quite a few years and have always taken pride in our customers, their stay and overall experienceThe customer who had complained, never had her boyfriend working hereThe customer has stayed at our establishment many timesUsually the customer will rent a room stating she has no guests but many times guests come and stay in her roomWe have noticed this trend of hers a few timesThe last time she was staying at our establishment we had informed her she must pay for her guests that spend the evening and she had claimed no one stays in her roomSurveillance coverage showed otherwiseThe last time she stayed she was charged accordingly for the extra guest in her room at which point she was irate and verbally abused our managerIf you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at anytime.Sincerely*** ***
