CBIZ overcharged us for our payroll services for many months. Shame on me for not watching this closer, but when I finally realized how much they had overcharged us I called to inform them and ask for a refund. I should have paid about $40 a month, they charged $140. CBIZ offered a small refund and basically said that is their decision. If I had caught THEIR error earlier they would have refunded the correct amount, but because I let them know so late they gave me a small (about 25%) refund. After calling and appealing several times they have made what I consider to be a selfish and dishonest decision.
If you do business with them compare your quote to your actual charges because in my experience they do not match.
