I have received calls from a [redacted]. She would not leave who she worked with. After paying an account in full she still was contacting numerous times a day. Claimed to have sent me a new bill from an older account. I let her know I had already paid in full. She then argued and yelled at me stating that I needed to pay that bill now and asked when I would. I asked for her to mail me a new one or I could pay. She again raised her voice and asked what address I was at. I stated they had it but to double check. She raised her voice again and said she would mail it and hung up.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
