We have reviewed the file and are not sure what the issue is We record all conversations and have record of the initial conversation where the customer did state that they never received the initial bill The collector notified the individual that they would mark the account as disputed The customer also set up a $payment plan and we have absolutely no record of the customer ever calling back or one of our representatives hanging up We will investigate the claim that the customer has filed bankruptcyIf the customer wants to discuss further she can contact our office and speak directly with the collection manager###-###-####
