We have been using CBN as our building maintenance company for about 6 years. They always do a nice job. Recently I had them do an add on service of waxing and buffing our very old tile floors. Our business needed a change in the cleaning service for our location. We decided to try CBN after looking over their proposal and speaking with Bob Croft. Having the floor services done quarterly as suggested would actually work out better than how we were doing it. We had tried all the 'green cleans' out there, and while they always start out well, they never keep up as promised. As this is a small office, I do not want to waste time micromanaging the cleaning service. I am very pleased to report that CBN delivers promised. Our cleans are done to the same high standard every time. Our floors have never looked better. And I know I can count on them coming to check every month to see how their people are doing. It gives me peace of mind knowing how they have completely vetted their employees, and that they don't franchise out to unknowns. The products they use are top quality, and I have no regrets. We highly recommend their services to any type of company.
