[redacted] Re: Revdex.com letter of 6/6/addressed to CBS Electric Inc(ID [redacted] ) Dear Ms***, This letter is in response to the complaint submitted by [redacted] on 5/13/against CBS Electric, Inc(CBS) and to clarify the facts of the situation [redacted] has not paid CBS, nor the General Contractor, [redacted] (***), who bid the job, were hired by the consumer to perform said job, and consequently performed the contracted work The [redacted] complaint is an obvious attempt by the consumer to distract from the simple fact that [redacted] has not paid for the work that the consumer had agreed to and contracted those companies to complete [redacted] approached ***, who was working next door at that time for [redacted] *** [redacted] hired [redacted] (who hired CBS) to complete the required work on a “Cost Plus, time and material basis [redacted] told [redacted] that they were in a bind, and needed [redacted] to complete the work right away***, consequently learned later that [redacted] had solicited other bids for the work that was performed by CBS and ***, and the consumer selected them as the other bids were “extremely high” (also stating the CBS bill was $50,when it actually was $39,000) Therefore, for [redacted] to claim that it was “a ridiculous bill” is disingenuous at the leastBoth CBS and [redacted] met with [redacted] on several occasions in the last several months to attempt to mediate the situation The gist of the meeting was that they simply did not have the money to pay, however, [redacted] said “they would pay CBS $20,in the next week”, which never materializedCBS has had an A+ rating with Revdex.com for over years, and has established lasting relationships with numerous local businesses and clients It is important for CBS to maintain that good standing with those folks, and to make it clear that CBS in this case performed the work in good faith and to the highest standardsSincerely, Bert S [redacted] President CBS Electric, Inc
