Once again this company isn't telling the truth. When I clicked on the link to get Big Brother live Cams, as I've done for the last few seasons I simply signed in to my Facebook account so they knew who I was and that was it, the link was connected to Big Brother Live Feeds and that was it, as it always has been. And never was I alerted or re-directed to a different site to tell me I was signing up for a different service. The service they offer wasn't something that I would use and I would of rejected it, and it's that simple.

Even registering through Facebook you would still need to activate the All Access subscription. Which would have brought you to a page that shows that the account is an auto renewal and you will need to cancel so you will not be billed again. Once the account is activated you also receive an email which states that the account will continue to be billed on a monthly basis until you cancel.
Reviewing the your account also shows that you had to update your credit card information in August. The page you go to before updating your credit card information also states that your account will auto-renew. It also provides that date payment will be processed as well as the last four digits of the credit card that will be billed. I have included screen shots of all these pages to show that we make it very clear that the subscription is an auto renewal and it is up to you to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.
As previously stated I have confirmed that your account is closed and no further billing will occur.

Everything I just saw, I just saw for the first time! They scammed my when I signed up for another season of big brother live cams and now they are still trying to scam me and the Revdex.com that I was notified with all these notices,, it's all a lie... If they would of notified me of this before taking my money I would of turned it down and that would of been it. But now after taking two extra payment's of $6.48 from my checking account for a service I never used nor did I ever know that I had signed up for! When I signed up for Big Brother Live Cams I paid for the first month (I think) and went straight to the big brother site and started watching, and that's why I know all that sign up stuff they are now showing to you the Revdex.com and me I never saw at all,,, NEVER SAW AT ALL...

Its a lame answer. They go back on their word. Either you can catch up on your shows or you can not. This "only select series are available" is lame. If they only allow select shows, then their quick tour should not advertise that you can do it.

No, you didn't respond to me on March 8th.  Your team never responded to me directly.  Someone working with ComicVine responding to me.  So far as I am aware, Mr. [redacted] is not...

Based on the response given to me by Mr. [redacted],  you've only skimmed and generalized this complaint.  Mr. [redacted] relayed the factoid that a team was working on the issue and that they (you) believed that logging back into my account and deleting the information posted was the wisest choice of action that would rectify the scenario.  As I mentioned in the complaint, numerous times, this isn't possible, yet you've still offered it as advice on how to help the situation.  Because of that impossibility, I am lost as to why it was a suggested fix to the issue.  
 
I deem this case remains open until all settlement points that I've listed are given to me and the situation is actually rectified. Those Settlements are:
 
 1. Permanent removal of one specific forum moderator of this website who caused all these problems and who I've documented in detail causing said problems and not fixing them, but purposely allowing them to boil.
 
2.A contractual agreement between CBS Interactive and I that I hold the highest authority as a comicvine website forum administrator. It will be agreed that my position as a forum administrator will supersede all forum moderators, that my position be protected from removal and that I retain the position indefinitely.
 
3 My unjustly banned account be reinstated as forum administrator. An authority that ranks above all moderators of this website forum. The Forth is that I am allowed to implement safety measures in a forum post upon the Comicvine website forums as seen below:
A. Protection against Vote Manipulation: All users on comicvine forum tournaments/debates will refrain from using alias accounts and secondary accounts to vote for themselves. Should any user be caught doing so, they will receive a permanent ban.
B. Users will not engage in intense hostility and will adhere to debate rules as listed by the parties involved in private debates threads.
C. Moderator abuse will not be tolerated. Should a moderator be caught threatening, harassing or abusing their power, they will be permanently removed from the website.

We had cancelled before the 30 day trail period was up. We were never sent any notifications saying that the charges were going to start or any type of notifications that money was being taken out of my account by your company without my permission for 7 months! I want my money back. My bank has nothing to do with this. You took my money after I submitted a request to cancel. This is horrible customer service. When I called to complain, I was told there is no notifications sent out to anyone because it's like a gym membership and you aren't able to track who uses this "service" of us. Which is completely not believable. You are fully capable of looking on my account to see its never been logged into. Just like gyms track every check in and out on their system. Gyms also notify exactly how much they will charge, what day and when the contract ends. Your company lets you cancel and then continues to charge after the free trail. If you don't refund my money I will be calling the 7 on your side team, I'll be writing online reviews and I will make sure that everyone knows what your company is doing. You might as well say 30 day free trial that will cost you $4.99 a month forever. Refund my money.
