The consumer notes apurchase date of 10/22/2003. The complaint does not specify which Wilsonart Flooring product waspurchased. I am enclosing a copy of the Residential Warranty that was in place at the time of purchasefor your reference.The complaint references a 14-year warranty that is noted on the packaging. Wilsonart Flooring did notoffer a 14-year warranty at any point. There is a possibility that the flooring is not a Wilsonart product.There is very little required to submit a claim under the product warranty. The original invoice isrequired to establish who the original purchaser was, the date of purchase and the purchase price. Thisis required as the warranty is non-transferable and is pro-rated based on age and original price. I amattaching our Claim Form and instructions for filing for your convenience.We will be happy to consider the complaint as a possible warranty claim upon receipt of all required documentation.Best regards,[redacted]Sales Coordinator
