Review: I purchased Jack Frost ski lift tickets online from CBS Local Offers but received Snow tubing passes instead. The email I received from CBS Local Offers said "[redacted]". The email did not state that they were for Snow tubing. This was realized when I was at Jack Frost this weekend whereby I had to pay full price for tickets for my family to go skiing.

This morning when I spoke to Mr. Luis R[redacted] (a Supervisor), he mentioned that there was a system glitch. The glitch generated Snow tubing passes in error for those folks who purchased Ski Lift tickets. Mr. R[redacted] said the only resolution he can provide was to refund my money since the discounted tickets were completely sold out. The website did not mention anything about ski lift tickets being sold out, hence the system glitch.

Now for my family and I to go skiing, I will have to pay full price for the tickets. Adult tickets are $55 and youth tickets are $43 versus the discounted price of $27/tickets for adult and youth. I have a family of 6 which will now have to spend an incremental $120 fro my family to go skiing.Desired Settlement: I would like CBS to pay the difference for the incremental cost that I had to incur this past weekend (01/**/2015) and will incur when we go skiing the end of January.

This weekend I paid $141 for my wife, daughter and son to ski this weekend after I had already paid for ski rentals!!

Therefore, I am requesting reimbursement for the $141 I spent this weekend along with the differential I will incur of $120 when I go skiing later this month.
