My name is *** *** and I am the owner of TNT Moving Services. Mr*** had advised me after his move that he was missing his Black and Decker tool kit and a curtain rod. I met with the moving men that were associated with moving his items on both days. We inspected the back
of our moving truck where we did find the shower rod but did not find a tool box. I believe Mr*** (***) talked to my crew leader *** as well as myself. I called *** back to let him know I interviewed each moving guy separately and together as a group. In that conversation with the men, I also brought up that even later ***'s wife had discovered an open box where she said two bottles of perfume were packed and now missing. I called *** and said that after my meeting, I cannot see that we are to blame for the items they say are missing. Not that I'm disputing that what they say is true, but that we are to blame. We perform 10-moves a week and many are nice homes such as the ***'s and have moved many since without a claim such as what is being made about my employees honesty. I have never had a complaint such as this, especially to the Revdex.com, and don't ever plan to have another. Not only does this claim reflect on the integrity of my company but to me as a person and the owner. Maybe other companies would just pay this and move on but if I am ever in the wrong, in years in the moving business, then I take care of the complaint immediately. I would like to hear from the Revdex.com as to what my options are at this point. I think *** and his wife are great and I understand their apparent frustration. If I am to pay $then I will but I would certainly not be doing so due to guilt but because my company is just the one to be blamed for the missing perfume from a box of many boxes and a tool boxI will wait for your reply.Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did come out to the house and reviewed the damaged items.  He offered to refund us for two hours of moving time billed at $125 per hour.  He offered to pay us a fair price for my husband and father to fix the damaged items.   The specified amounts were $250 for moving refund, $60 for damaged desk, $75 for damaged bunk bed/drawer/stairs.  $30 for wood patching to damaged other items.  Grand total is $415 - not $315 as stated in his email. After seeing his email I called his cell phone and left a voice mail with the itemized breakdown we discussed.  I asked him to call me or text me confirmation. I haven't heard from him and I have yet to receive a check from him.  I'm this issue will be resolved soon.

I, [redacted], as the owner of TNT Moving Services do not want to leave this complaint open. My company has been in business since October 2003. I have never had a complaint such as this. I am very fortunate that I have such longevity with my employees. We perform approximately 8-10 moves per week. I want to note that my company and employees are very trustworthy. With that being said, I am going to pay the $400 the customer is seeking.Thank you,[redacted]

My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of TNT Moving Services.  I am responding to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com by Mr. [redacted].  I do not understand where Mr. [redacted] feels that I have avoided his phone calls.  I went to Mr. [redacted]'s house after the accident with his piano...

to view the damages.  He said he would have it estimated for repairs and appraised.  After he had that done, he called me and I again traveled to his home to get the information he had for me.  I immediately turned it in to my insurance company.  Mr. [redacted] was very adamant about getting a quick turn around from my insurance company.  I/my company has had to turn in only a minimal number of claims in the 13 years I have been in business.  I personally do not have the capability to expediate the claim process.  When the insurance company called me to ask questions about the claim, I answered them that day.  There was no delay on my end and the insurance company handled the claim in an acceptable time frame in my opinion.I did miss a call from Mr. [redacted] as it was on Tuesday September 8th at 6:22pm.  He had then called the next morning where I was not able to return his call until the afternoon of September 9th at 3:43pm.  The reason why is that I was waiting on my return phone call from my insurance company to give him an update.  While talking with my insurance company, they had informed me that Mr. [redacted] was contacting them direct.  My insurance company then informed me that they are reimbursing the amount Mr. [redacted] is seeking for his piano of $2500. As soon as I found out is when I called Mr. [redacted] back and told him the news that the check is in the mail and once I receive it, I will make arrangements for him to be paid and we will remove the damaged piano from his home.I feel terrible that this piano was for Mr. [redacted]'s granddaughter and hope the $2500 he receives will replace the previous piano with one just as good if not better.Thank you,[redacted]Owner TNT Moving Services

I am responding to the complaint posted by Mrs [redacted]. I am sorry, but I was unaware that I was to contact Mrs. [redacted]  the following day. I have not received a phone call from her since we had our conversation after the move was completed on August 24th. I will be more that happy to meet...

with Mrs [redacted] to review her complaints of items damaged. In reference to the time estimate of 5-6 hours. That was given as an average 3 bedroom house stated to her over the phone. That is not an exact quote for Mrs [redacted] as every house is different depending on number of contents to be moved. Mrs [redacted]'s move took two trips with a 28 ft moving truck. I have had my moving business here in Waco going on 14 years. I am very honest and up front. My company is always voted in the top two moving company's in Waco. I look forward to meeting with Mrs [redacted] and resolve any issues she has pertaining to damages. I am sorry I misunderstood the amount agreed upon. I sent Mrs. [redacted] a check on Monday 12th for a total of $315.00. I will send out an additional check for $100. I am sorry I did not get the voicemail but will take care of this for Mrs. [redacted]. Thank you
