Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It seems to me that they absolutely missed the point of my complaintI said nothing about wanting money back for my husband's servicesI'll try to be super clear this timeWe paid for the savings planSubtract the amount for one person savings planI don't remember what it wasSomewhere around $Now subtract $and $for the cleaning and exam that I hadThe remainder is somewhere around $and that's what I'd like backBasically, treat it like I've never purchased the savings plan for myself just my husbandI am not one to take money that isn't mine and I certainly am not looking for free services, thank you very muchNo one has directly contacted me to try to resolve the problemOnce again, I felt they don't careNot only was I unhappy about my visits I am also unhappy with the way my complaint was handledAttached is the email I sent to Dr [redacted] before I complained to Revdex.comI called the office to get her email addressIf they have not received my complaint then I was not given the correct emailIf I would have been called after leaving the office I may have simmered downHowever, the entire way they have handled this is no way to handle an upset customerSome advice for Dr***'s staff: Learn the different personalities! If you have a serious Type A on your hands then respond back to them in a Type A manor with sincere careGo through a training program on how to properly answer calls and schedule appointmentsDon't stare patients down when they are upsetGet a manager and call them in to discuss the problemAnd if you can't handle situations like this then maybe customer service is not for you.Regards, [redacted]
