This company is very unprofessional and incompetent August I was in the process of purchasing a home and there was a $charge from CBSi on my credit reportI talked to Josephine with CBSi explained that I did not have a debt with them and she said just pay it and they would take it off Its not the amount its the principle After researching the debt I found that it was in fact paid in February Documentation was sent to CBSi and they confirmed it was paid I asked for this to be taken off my credit history and to send a letter stating that this debt was in fact paid in February not August Of course they sent days later and had the wrong date of debt payment It was an error no problem just own up to it and assist me in restoring my credit history I take my credit score very serious and their lack of concern and common courtesy was inexcusable Companies that use the services of CBSi should know the pathetic customer service at CBSi is a reflection on them as well and should consider hiring another collection service.,,I looked CBSi and not surprised they scored an F!
