I placed order for grill $89.99 and Fruit & Vegetable cutter $4.99 on July 6,2019 and only received the cutter but not the grill. I sent Dillon Chait an email on August 22 regarding my issue and his reply was there were too many goods being sent out from the warehouse and will try hard to ship out my merchandise withing 1-2 days. Still waiting. Next, I left *** Sanchez several voice messages, emails and also, sent a certified letter regarding Order ***, still no respond. I requested from *** a full refund or the item in which I paid for. Here it is 4 months later October and I still cannot get anyone to respond to my request.

I ordered a ‘ multi-function locker x1’ from cbuwegnow before July 1, 2019. My order # is *** in an order conformation from them. In a conformation email I received from this business it stated that my product was ‘ on the way ‘ and I could track the order at there website. I can not track, receive any response from and contact source for them and I have tried many, many times. I paid for this product when my order was placed.
I want a refund or an in new condition cabinet. Way too much time has gone ny without ANY RESPONSE from this company.
