CBZ Management

I moved into *** on May 1st, 2020. When moving into the building there was an excess of violence, abuse, threats, and damage to personal property. I continuously stayed in contact with management at CBZ, and spoke with *** closely throughout the process. The police were called to the unit multiple times over drug use, overdoses, and physical violence. My vehicle was totaled by a tenant in the building as well, and they had no insurance to cover the cost of my vehicle. I then had my door almost kicked in by the neighbor during a drug binge, and had to call the police and file charges. I spoke with *** directly, and he gave me verifiable email that stated he would be letting me out of my lease with no penalties, and no lease break fee. When I moved out I was verbally assaulted by his boss, and was told that they were going to take me for every penny that I had. I spoke with ***, and he stated that he wasn't charging me, but still put in for 2,398.00 for a lease break fee, and I want this situation rectified. I have the email, and ledger balance from management.
