I am so surprised that this customer would file a complaint with you I spoke with her about the basket that we sent out and explained that, in the photographs on the websites, the plants are always in full bloom and we do not send them out that wayShe should have received a 3-4" pot azalea which we cannot get so we used a 6" azalea, miniature rose bush, ivy and african violets It was a lovely basket and more than she had paid for When she called she was upset that the azalea was so large and the hypoestes was not in thew arrangementI explained that my plant truck did not have the hypoestes as he usually does so we used the ivy She repeatedly told me that the recipient loved the basket but that her daughter was upset about itI offered to pick it up or to do whatever she wanted She said she would talk with her daughter and let me know I haven't heard anything from her until your complaint Please be aware, we are allowed substitutions in these arrangements She received a larger basket, larger arrangement and more than she paid for I am sorry she felt she had to file a complaint rather than just call me back as she said she would
