At this time, I have been contacted directly by Giorgenti/Best Custom Shirt regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They contacted me and said they were going to refund my money After ten days, I called them and they put on the
surprised act that I should have received my refundThey then called to say they couldn't figure out how to credit my credit card and would a business check work That was ten days ago (it is now ** Oct) and I have not received credit on the card or the promised checkThey do business under four different names all using the same contact phone numbers
