Review: Ordered two sets of wicks on 10-22-2013. The website says that product will be recieved in 2 - 5 days. A week past and nothing. I sent 3 emails and called 4 times with no response. The telephone number listed on the site just rings and goes to voicemail. The telephone number associated with the Credit Card purchase is the same...no answer, then voicemail. Currently it's been 16 days from the time of purchase and I'm in the process of having the charges reversed from my credit card. The address listed is [redacted]. However, when you do a satellite map search in Google, it shows that it's an vacant lot! Their other address listed is a P.O. Box.Desired Settlement: I would like you to post the above information on the Revdex.com website so that others don't get ripped off. It seems to me that they just have the website, take the money and don't ever send the product. Isn't this considered Fraud?

Review: I placed an order with CC Candle Supply on January 4th, 2013 for $41.59 for three powdered candle dyes. Today is January 14th, 2013, and I have yet to receive the package, which the website stated I would receive in 5 days with first class mail. I called the telephone number 724-422-6225. On the second try, a man answered and stated that I have the wrong number and hung up. I have sent written inquiry through their website contact us page and have not received a response. I did receive an email confirming the order when I placed it. I am concerned that this business may be fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $41.59 as soon as possible.
