C&C Construction

I hired Couch/Cravatt Construction to complete the following work which remains incomplete and which started in Aug 2019:

1. Construct a covered walkway from detached garage to home entrance-completed but design flawed in that when it rains, it rains into the covered walkway (defeating the purpose of a walkway). This has not been corrected.
2. Lighting in the walkway-1 light burned out because of the rain that was hitting it. A second opinion from another contractor indicated it was not outdoor wiring/nor was it in a conduit which is a safety issue. This has not been corrected. Clearly permits were not pulled to complete this project.
4. Install garage door openers-this was completed, but incorrectly. When the garage doors would go up if someone tripped the sensor, the door would come back down and strike whatever object tripped the sensor (car, child, etc.). This was corrected by another company. I have asked CC Construction for a refund for this service and have not received payment.
5. Install a door from the covered walkway to the yard. The door and labor have been paid for, but there is no door installed.
6. Install a doggy door from the living room door to the side yard. The labor has been paid for but the door has not been installed.
