I am rejecting this response because: Attached is contract which was agreed uponNo where does it say I would be responsible to secure any documentationWe payed CC Contractors to take care of entire projecte including all documentation. Unfortunetly they do not and have not accepted any responsbility to take care of finishing the contract but keep blaming engineers, inspectors, insurance company and even myself for "not following up in months"
If CC Contwould answer any ONE email, text or phone call I would'nt be calling "every day"Last form of contact was email sent to CC Contractor asking for follow up on 02-14-10:18am and previous to that was 12-12-12:11pm other than that there has been no more attempts to contact CC Contand unfortuntely there still has not been any type documentation or assurance provided to us that CC Contis making head way on closing our contractSeems like now we are being "blamed" for "following up" too much and before that was we "didnt follow up"??
We need documentation proving that this is finally getting addressed
