Review: My complaint involves a number of issues with the products received from CCF in addition to customer service issues that I experienced trying to resolve the issues with the products receieved. The products that I received were not accurately described on CCFabs.com. The marketing is very deceptive in what the product will actually be like once you get it. If you order two items together they come one way (The way I did not want), and if you order them seperate they come another way (The way I preffered). Unfortunately there is no mention of this on the website. Once I received the product I notified [redacted] from CCF in order to resolve this issues. After I determined that the cost of shipping made returning the items not feasible I began to attempt to install the products, but in the process found multiple defects that were costly to repair in order to use the product. The rear corner armor and fenders for my Jeep that I ordered were poorly design and made. They did not correctly fit the Jeep, and after I was out of pocket in having the armor repaired to working condition [redacted] advised that he would process a refund for the defective merchandise. I approved the refund, on March 13th for the refund of the Rear corner armor, and fender flares totalling $505.00 with shipping. As of today (April 3rd 2015) I have not received the refund. I have send emails with no responce from CCF.Desired Settlement: All that I request is that the refund for $505.00 be processed as requested in a timely manner.
