C&C Flooring

C&C Flooring refinished our hardwood floors and did an inferior job. It appears that they did not clean up between polyurethane coats properly and the result is dust and hair in the floor, in addition to there being areas that have no polyurethane finish at all. Prior to commissioning C&C to do our floors, I inspected the company's work at a neighbor's home, and the work in our house does not compare to the job that I viewed in that home. We had to evacuate our home for a week while C&C did our floors. Prior to returning home, I inspected the job and called the person in charge of the job, [redacted] to discuss the issues that I saw. There was still time for her to correct the issues prior to our returning home. I asked her to have her people revisit our home to sand and apply one more final coat. It does not appear that anything further was done to correct the finish. I have since called and asked her to visit our house to inspect the job; she has not taken me up on the offer, nor has she or anyone at C&C called to discuss the work.
