Review: We had paid our $500 deposit in February 2012.when we moved out of the duplex we gave [redacted] six weeks in writing.[redacted] has not notified us about our refund on our deposit as if August 2013.And know he has wrote our Attorney thaw the reason he is not returning our deposit is because we took his stove,refrigerator,and window air conditioner.this is not true,we use our Stove,refrigerator and air conditioner when we moved in with four people as witnesses.Not only did he not notified us in the time limit by law,but he is lying about the Appliances.Desired Settlement: We just want our $500 deposit we paid up front when we signed the year lease.
