CC Kitchen & Bath

Review: I used CC Kitchen and bath for my rental first, and it was awesome. I can't say enough about how thorough everything was. So I decided also to use them for my side. Product came damaged- many pieces. Some were replaced in a timely manner (after I returned from summer, in Sept 2015), most didn't arrive. Some of the replacements weren't any better than my flawed pieces- warped, scratched, dented, incomplete sealing. After the second time this happened, I could not get a call back. I showed up unexpectedly at place of business, and things seemed to be handled very professionally. Chi came to my house directly to look at the damaged pieces, and we dismantled them so she could send them back to the warehouse. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks. I waited 3 before I called, as it was during the holidays. She assured me they were coming in on Jan 12, and if they showed up, they would come and install them on the 14th or 16th. Day of on the 14th, we texted and she said she was trying to find out when. Heard nothing. Told her that Sat would not work because I had to work. I have now called and texted daily, left messages on voice mail, and the business line, and I have heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be finished, with the quality products that I paid for, ASAP. Otherwise, I want a full refund for the entire job (kitchen and bath) so that I can figure out who to get to complete the job and have it still look nice. I would also like communication in regards to the product

sorry for being delayed response, her case has been taking care of on Sunday Jan. 24th, 2016. the 3 pantry doors and 1 base drawer front face should be taking care of by the beginning of the next week. the reason for being delayed is customer has already drilled the knob holes on the cabinetry face front, our local manager Chi who has worked hard on her job, she even tried to change out the face front with the knob holes on customer did which is not allowed in our warehouse. we will try our best to servie our customers. thanksYing K[redacted]
