Review: I was sent an e-mail to return damaged shoe and receive a replacement. Instead they sent me a replacement and charged my credit card without my permisssion after I sent them an e-mail that I am refusing their new terms....because they reneged on their initial communication. Their customer service and their product has alot to be desired. All I am looking for is for them to return my money that they frodelently charged me for.Desired Settlement: Refund frodulent charge
