Here at CCRV, we pride ourselves on not only going the extra
mile for a customer but also exceeding expectationsFixing this customers warranty
issues is our utmost concern and yes, these issues stated are warranty issues; however,
I do need to point out a couple of thing before we proceedThe first thing I would like to talk about
is warranty protocolI will compare this to the car business because more
people purchase cars than they do RV’s, so it might help understand the protocol
When a person purchases a new car and it has a warranty issues it must be taken
back to the dealership to be repairedThe car dealers don’t come out to your
house to fix your carThis is the protocol for RV’s as wellRV stands for
Recreational VehicleIt is a towable vehicle that is towed from place to place
for recreational useEven though some people stay for extended terms…it is not
designed to be lived in full timeThat would be a Mobile Home. That being said we are more than willing to
help with this customer but they have to make arrangements to get the RV to us
All of their issues are under warranty and are covered at no expense to the
customerThis RV is not a LemonIt just needs to be brought in to us to have
the warranty items fixed. The second this is we cannot appraise a
trade in that we can’t seeWe do all appraisals based on the customer’s
statement and their honestyThis is a statement that is signed by the
customerIf the trade shows up and isn’t in the condition the customer stated
then we must go back to the negotiating tableThis is what happened in this
caseThe customers signed statement, states the trade was a on a scale of
1-and when it arrived it was about a or As far as them sending
preliminary pictures….we never saw any but we do have pictures of when the
trade arrived and their signed appraisal sheet of their disclosure. As we stated in the previous response…We have
all of the warranty parts here at the dealership and are ready to fix these
issuesOur service department will give this customer another call but if for
some reason we have the wrong phone number (as the customer stated) then that
still doesn’t help the situation and they will need to call in.Again, we are sorry for the
communication issues here and want to take care of this customer and every
customerWe are more than willing to resolve any customer issues; however, we
cannot do so without the customers’ co-operation

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are proud to be a part of the Revdex.com and will continue to provide the best service available. Please see our response in the attachment provided. For over a decade CCRV has built its business on quality
customer service. We value the [redacted]...

business, however in their complaint
about us they did leave out pertinent information. When the [redacted] brought in their trade to CCRV, they
overstated the condition of their trade-in dramatically. They stated the
trailer had no damage of any kind, and were asked specific questions about the
condition of the interior, exterior, roof and dozens of other items.  When the trailer arrived for the first time on
our lot, it was at best salvage. There were gaping holes in the floor, water
damage, terrible stains, and the propane bottle had fallen off the unit in
transit. We took photos of the undisclosed damage and have those available for
review. We informed Mr. [redacted] there was no way we could take the
trailer in on trade given the extensive damage to the trailer that was
undisclosed to us. We told Mr. [redacted] several  times that we did not want to finish the sale.
He insisted that he wanted the trailer and asked what could be done. We
informed him very clearly that he would have to make up the shortfall on the
value. After speaking  with his wife they
agreed to pay the difference. The trade short fall was not part of his finance
contract or down payment. We also informed Mrs. [redacted] that the money given
was for undisclosed major damage to the trade-in. The [redacted] were informed that the warranty would cover
the repairs. The parts necessary for fixing their trailer are and have been
here for months. We informed Mr. [redacted] that the repairs would be made and
they chose not to bring in the trailer. We have contacted the [redacted] about their license plates
which are here and have been for several months. They have never responded to
our voice mails about picking up their plates. Again we are happy to mail them
or they simply can pick them up. They just need to authorize us to mail them if
that is their wish. CCRV stands ready to resolve the issues for the [redacted],
their business is important and valued by CCRV and its staff.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:They had all the photos from the trade in RV. They never said it was not worth what I said, they gave the trade in value from the beginning. I never gave them any prices at all, I provided them with all the information and photos required all this was done to the best of my ability.I understand they say it was not worth the trade in value, but again I never put a price on the trade. All that came from your office personnel. I do not believe doing business like that is the correct practice as to paperwork was all ready drawn up and signed by all parties.  I have not received a call or voicemail about my tags as to I do not receive voicemails. Question is are they calling the correct number. I would like to get all the items fixed that are needed from the beginning and as well all the things that are going out in the RV. I do not believe things being only 6 months old should be breaking and going out. As for us getting the rv in to be serviced I would like to do that in a timely manner. We do live in our RV as do most of the people in the [redacted], [redacted] area. I still believe this rv is a lemon or it may have been a demo for the business.  I would like for them to help comp my family and myself somewhere to stay for them to get these items corrected. If they are not willing to get us a trailer without all these flaws. I feel that they will not do a good job or get the items fixed in a timely manner on correcting the items in the RV, since we have been going back and forth on this matter. I have pictures from the things that were broken from the day we got the RV, I also have pictures of things that have gone out since we have used them.
Regards,
[redacted]
