Review: On 4/14/14 I contacted C&C Towing to tow my car from my home to a local service facility for repair. I clearly stated both the name and address of the facility to the person at C&C who answered the phone. He assured me that he knew exactly where I was talking about. That was important to me because I had a Tuesday morning appointment for the service facility to start work on my car. When the tow truck driver arrived at my home, he discussed with my wife where he would be towing our car. Several times he referred to the service facility as "**'s. Each time, my wife corrected him with the correct business name. The driver said he understood and again assured her that he knew exactly the location she was referring to. When the driver left, we made arrangements for a rental car based on the anticipated two-day repair our car required. On 4/16/14 I called the service facility to check on the status of my car, whereupon they informed me that they never received my car. When I called C&C they admitted that they had towed my car to the wrong location and promised to take the car to the correct location. Originally, they did not offer to refund my tow bill. After I asked, they said they would but that they would not reimburse me for my two days' lost rental fees even though it was their mistake. Additionally, the person on the phone was belligerent and acted like this was my fault. I am seeking reimbursement for my towing and the two days' extra rental I am now forced to pay.Desired Settlement: Per above...reimbursement of towing and two days' rental
