To whom it may concern,I am sending this written letter to the enclosed complaint.I spoke to ** [redacted] on Monday April 14th when he called for towing serviceHe needed his vehicle picked up at his home and taken to [redacted] Garage in [redacted] , PAI dispatched my driver and gave him both addresses [redacted] did not speak to ** [redacted] again until a few days later when he called asking where his car was because he had no idea and [redacted] did not have itSince I did not pick up his car personally, needed to speak to my driverMv driver said that he picked up the car and took it to [redacted] in [redacted] , PASince that was different than what I had dispatched I did ask whyMy driver said that is where ** [redacted] wife said to take iti immediately called ** [redacted] He did not answer at first so I left a message and explained what happened and where his car was located and told him that my driver was already on his way to [redacted] to pick up his vehicle and take to the correct garage** [redacted] called back and stated that his wife did not say [redacted] and said she had to correct my driver multipie timesI again at this point spoke to my driver and he said that *** [redacted] never said anything other than " OK" when he said he was taking it to [redacted] Garage in [redacted] ** [redacted] was very angry at this point and I apologized multiple times for the mistake and while speaking to ** [redacted] , the mistake was being rectifiedHe asked me " Since neither ** [redacted] nor myself was there when the vehicle was picked up, I said that we were getting his vehicle to the correct location immediately and I was reimbursing him for the towing chargeHe wanted to know how he was going to get reimbursed and said I would send a check that dayHe started giving me the address to where he wanted the check sent and then he said, "as a matter of fact just forget it because I want you to pay for my rental car too." I said that I was not going to pay for his rental carHe then stated to me"i again apologized and said I can give you the money for the tow but am not paying for the rental carIt was an honest mistake with no malicious intent whatsoever** [redacted] than stated that he was going to tell everyone about this and explained to him that he had that right and couid do whatever he felt he needed to doHe then said "** [redacted] then hung up on me.I was never rude or used profanity with ** [redacted] but he did yell and use profanity with meI had other customers in my garage that can be a witness to everything that I was saying to ** [redacted] and will contest that I offered multiple times to reimburse him for his towing bill.I feel ** [redacted] deserves his towing money back for our mistake which I offered many timesIf ** [redacted] had an appointment for his vehicle and the vehicle was not there, his repair facility should have made a phone call that day and this whole situation could have been eliminated.Sincerely

Review: On 4/14/14 I contacted C&C Towing to tow my car from my home to a local service facility for repair. I clearly stated both the name and address of the facility to the person at C&C who answered the phone. He assured me that he knew exactly where I was talking about. That was important to me because I had a Tuesday morning appointment for the service facility to start work on my car.When the tow truck driver arrived at my home, he discussed with my wife where he would be towing our car. Several times he referred to the service facility as "**'s. Each time, my wife corrected him with the correct business name. The driver said he understood and again assured her that he knew exactly the location she was referring to. When the driver left, we made arrangements for a rental car based on the anticipated two-day repair our car required. On 4/16/14 I called the service facility to check on the status of my car, whereupon they informed me that they never received my car. When I called C&C they admitted that they had towed my car to the wrong location and promised to take the car to the correct location. Originally, they did not offer to refund my tow bill. After I asked, they said they would but that they would not reimburse me for my two days' lost rental fees even though it was their mistake. Additionally, the person on the phone was belligerent and acted like this was my fault. I am seeking reimbursement for my towing and the two days' extra rental I am now forced to pay.Desired Settlement: Per above...reimbursement of towing and two days' rental
