This is Christian I*** with C&C Tree Service, this in regards to a complaint filed by a customerWe are on Home Advisor who help people find reliable contractors and this lady gets ahold of home advisor to find somebody to trim her lilac bushWell we are the only tree trimmers on home
advisor in northwest paWe call her and tell her that we generally dont trim shrubs but will come out and lookShe stated she could not find a local gardener or landscaper that she has been looking for a whileWe asked how the following day was for her and she stated she needed to go to erieWe told her we would just come out in the evening so she had time to go to erie when generally we spend time with our two boys in the evening seems how we are a Husband and Wife/ family businessThe consumer then calls us around 5:30 the day we are to come out(as we are on our way) and is yelling to my wife Camille that she was wanting to go to erie(not work like stated in the complaint) and started cussing and swearing at my wife so my wife Camille just hangs up on her.So also states in her complaint that we have emailed her,drove by her place,and been calling her which is not the caseSorry but dont want to waste our time looking at your flower garden, we are professional arboristSo if you got a massive tree that overhangs your house or just is a danger for falling down or is already on your house, we are the people to callYou got shrubs you want done call your local gardener or landscaper.
