Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Perhaps C&C Wholesale thinks they are being generous by lowering their extortion demands to from $11,to $but I still find it unacceptable.I will not bend to their 'Bait & Switch' scheme.I wish for them to guarantee they will make no further attacks on my character or my credit and then I wish for them to cease and desist all contact with me and just leave me alone Regards, [redacted]

Reference: # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, We received a letter from the Revdex.com today, June 27, 2016, dated June 20, 2016, stating they had received a complaint about our business, and that the Revdex.com had attempted to contact us via email, or mail, and received no response This is written response within the 10-day limit to the only correspondence C & C Wholesale has received from the Revdex.com C & C Wholesale Distributors is a wholesale flooring Distribution Company, exclusively servicing the retail-flooring contractors throughout Texas, Oklahoma and LouisianaC & C Wholesale does not deal with the general public on a sales or installation basisMaterial/product is sold to only certified accounts of C & C, with the added benefits of warehousing the flooring contractors material at a set storage and handling fee until requested pick up The employees of C&C have nothing to do with the material sold to the customers of the flooring contractor other than the handling and storing of the material assigned to this warehouse for storage by the said flooring contractor C & C policy is to only unload and load full pallets that are being delivered for storage via a forklift, no individual hand loading is offered As a courtesy to individuals who are deemed physically unable, assistance has been offered, but not a required policy of this company The person in this complaint was not a customer of C & C Wholesale, but a customer of the Flooring Contractor, [redacted] ***, from which the material was purchased [redacted] is a certified account of C&C, stores material, some sold to his customers and some in his stock to be sold, at this warehouse The person came to this warehouse to pick up an order he had purchased from his flooring dealer that was stored in our warehouse A ticket/PO order was presented for pick up at our warehouse; the pallet was pulled from [redacted] ***s storage and placed on the dock for pickup It is common practice for anyone picking up pallets of material weighing heavy to have adequate transportation to receive such products The warehouse staff loads and unloads pallets by forklift everyday This person, a customer of our customer, arrives to receive the material in a vehicle not adequate to receive such an order It is not C&C policy to break pallets that is entirely left up to the recipient With this being said, this was the unbeknownst problem brewing The order this person was to receive was unknowingly pulled in error and delivered to him to receive, once this error was realized, an attempt to correct the problem was initiated C&C is responsible for all material that our customers store in this warehouse In an effort to retrieve the material wrongly handed out and replace with the correct material order that was his, we contacted this individual numerous times by phone with no answer then consequently by certified mail The individual eventually made contact We conveyed to him if he could not bring back the full material in question, perhaps it was installed, and then at least bring back the difference in the amount he was to receive and what he actually received Please understand his order purchased from [redacted] and the amount he was anticipating picking up, was for sq ft of plastic laminate, value paid, $according to his sales order and then was issued a $credit, according to his sales order C&C has no access to these records other than what he suppliedThe material in error delivered by our staff to him that he knowing or unknowingly, loaded from C&C was sq ft of Greenworld Industries Artisan solid 9/16” European White Oak oiled authentic wood with a lifetime warranty with a minimum retail value of $ As an experienced remodel contractor, I would think this would cross your mind you just loaded more than double the material, not to mention a much superior product, than you needed or purchased to deliver to your job C&C was willing and offered to take back just the difference in the quantity of his order and the amount received to settle the matter but to no avail C&C at no time harassed or accused this person of anything, but only attempted to resolve the matter However, after what was a seemly inconvenient matter, this person threatened C&C with posting choice negatives on every social media outlet accessible to him C&C Wholesale fully realizes this was an error on our part, but was hoping the others involved would do the right thing C&C Wholesale Distributors has been in business for over years and takes much pride and diligence in doing business in the most professional manner to all we come in contact We take this complaint very serious and strive to resolve any issues presented Sincerely, [redacted] C&C Wholesale Distributors

I am rejecting this response because:I do not know what C&C still wants from me.They admit they were in the wrong and provided me with the wrong order.They repeatedly insisted the order was correct.They did not contact me with concerns for over a month even tho my receipt clearly states a 2 week return window.I just wish to be left alone and not have my credit threatened with collections.I do not have any product to return to them and I am stuck with an installed product that I did not want.I would like them to cease and desist all further contact and threats of legal/credit retaliation. I would still like an apology for all the hassles they have caused me.
