I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Chris S*** (company owner) contacted me, was very cooperative and did part of the garage repair himself last Saturday, April 29thHe was going to finish repair on Monday and said that he will call me regarding the timeWhen I called him on Monday myself, I found out that the repair is postponed.Chris said that he will let me know when this repair will be scheduledI am waiting his phone call and hope that the repair will be finished to my satisfaction.Currently, new aluminum flashing should be installed, siding put in place, everything need to be caulked to original condition.Garage door rail need to be adjusted

Telephone response obtained as follows: The company stated they did go out to consumer's property on 5/27/17.The company stated they did do final repairs.The company stated the corrections to some previous repairs included grinding off a nail that was sticking out The company stated they confirmed with the consumer that he was satisfied and the consumer stated yes

Telephone response obtained from consumer as follows: The consumer stated the company did come out and repairs were madeThe consumer stated the repairs were satisfactory. The consumer stated this matter has been resolved and the complaint can be closed
