First, I assume by this response that they are acknowledging the employee in question worked for them, can they please verify this?
Second, I'm wondering why it took a complaint to the Revdex.com for the company to respond to me? I left numerous voice mails at the listed number with no responseYet, within a day of my complaint to the Revdex.com, they respond to the Revdex.comIf the company could please provide an explanation, I would appreciate it
Third, I assume from the response that the company will not charge me for the work completed on June I would like written verification that this is the case

I do not believe this business keeps up with the scams that it runs on consumersIf the manager, Eric, checks the receipt that was given to me, he will notice that it is for rooms of "free" cleaning and not as the manager statedThis is part of the scam this company perpetrates on unsuspecting individualsThey upcharge by getting you to purchase a second carpet cleaning at the reduced rate but they make it as "free" that way if any complaints come back the company can decree that they have been responsible to the consumer and do not have to refund anything since everything else is free! This is what gets them off the hook, the word "free." I am not satisfied and do not accept the business's resolutionI propose the business or Eric check their receipt which has the seal of the Revdex.com on it and aggressively satisfy the customer's demands in this instanceI have my receipt and am willing to post it for all to see so that other customers are not taken advantage of& free rooms, my entire house, is not what I want from this cleaning companyI want my $104.00!

complaint was filed following their lack of showing on the scheduled return visit which was promised. As a result, I continue to request a refund of the $250. I also hope that the Revdex.com is removed from their invoice as this company should not be in operation. Their equipment is not sufficient, their follow through did not happen.

Their response is to provide follow-up service. It was the follow-up service they were providing, called to confirm and then were a no-show. Why would I go to the trouble of scheduling again and a no-show resulting. The only resolution for me will be a refund and the removal of Revdex.com from their invoice. This company should no be operation.

They already did that and charged us an additional $59 for the deeper clean. After the carpet dried, the stains were there. Not happy at all.

not address my main complaint. They gave me a receipt for $89.95 and yet they charged $179.95 on my credit card. The receipt they gave me indicates that the company is a Revdex.com Accredited business and according to your website, they are not. service I was suppose to receive this past time. They were "NO CALL/No SHOW" two times. If I did not call them, I would have not known that they were not coming.
I have attached a copy of the receipt where it reflects the "Free Cleaning", and the Revdex.com stamp. I want a Full Refund, along with the $50.00 I spent on other cleaning supplies.
