***,I have attached a response to the customer's complaint This is a pure case of failure on the customer's part to maintain her equipment Please let me know if you need or want any of the copies of service invoices or a copy of the warranty paperwork that we sent with the new equipment installation I know that she is upset that she has had this problem and wants someone to pay for it, but I do not feel her lack of maintenance on her equipment is my fault If she will not pay us to maintain her equipment then she should have it maintained some way I appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this complaint.Thanks, [redacted] CCAC, Inc[redacted] www.ccacac.com
