Braxton Automotive on Howell Mill provides botched oil changes and poor customer service from Owner [redacted] Braxton. I had two botched oil changes over a one year period with the most recent being 1/2015. Oil light came on next day and found car was 2 quarts low. Even with that I called 3/2015 to get brakes done. Manager assured me they would take care of me and make up for past discrepancies. While I was en route, he called back to say the owner [redacted] doesn't "feel we can provide a quality service to you given the failures of the past". WTH? He said the owner felt if I didn't have confidence in them in the past then they probably can't meet my expectations. Mind you they had a note on my account that the technician was reprimanded because of the botched oil change. How is that my fault? Would not recommend this Auto Shop to fix my son's toy car...
