I have escalated this matter to our internal IT group. They have run multiple tests to ensure the individual's email address in not any of our future scripts (which generate emails). They also are looking at Office 365 to block and/or delete the address. The ticket has not...
been fully resolved, but I expect it to be completed by end-of-week.

I am rejecting this response because: I just received a email from [redacted].[redacted]ersinsurance.com addressed to [redacted].[redacted]ersinsurance.com about "[redacted]ers Insurance Exchange's "Open Shop" Program ?" containing a PDF file. It now looks like the pollution from CCC of my email address by not containing it properly or agreeing to my request to have it removed has resulted in my address leaking to its other clients. I hope I have better luck with [redacted]ers Insurance than I am having with CCC in containing this issue.
