CCF Carwash System

Went to wash my car this morning at the Mount Moriah location bay 1. I paid for a $10 wash and what I got was a $10 rinse. There was no soap applied during the wash process. Tried to call the number on the receipt and no answer not even a chance to leave a message. I have used this facility numerous times in the past with no issues. Car is still dirty, and I am out the funds. Very poor quality and no way to contact.
