[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Simply because it is false.It was not until a deadline of April 6, 2016, was given to CCH Associates, along with reminders of the legal action that can be taken, that CCH Associates began to provide a response with requested documentationAdditionally, the "board member" was not behind on dues; CCH Associates claimed that the "board member" was behind, then said board member provided documentation of checks that were mailed and cashed, by CCH Associates Others were mailed and never cashed because CCH Associates had new staff and, by their own admission, had some information lost during the transition Regards, [redacted]

In response to a complaint that was submitted about CCH and Associates by a Unit owner at *** ***, in Bethesda Maryland, ***.The said person that put forth the complaints about CCH is a Board member that is there.The Board members had received all the documents that was requestedThey were
sent to them on April 6th 2016.In response to claims of embezzlement:CCH Associates had a Vendor that came in to do the accounting For *** *** (she was not an employee of CCH Associates Which was determined in a court of law) All board members at *** *** were notified of the situation And received documents stating what transpireda claim was filed with CCH Associates insurance company as well as *** ***s insurance company*** *** received all monies owed from both insurance companies.Now that being said: This person who filed this complaint against CCH Associates is on the Board at *** ***This person was behind on the HOA fees that was owed to *** ***When CCH Associates notified her about her being delinquent on her HOA Fees, and made it clear as a Board Member they cannot be delinquent on their HOA Fees and still serve on the Board, it is also illegal to give anyone on the Board any special favors.Examples:No Board Member shall be behind on HOA FeesNo Board Member shall expect any favors just because they reside on the BoardLike resale packages, refi packages, and so on.None the less this is when she started attacking CCH AssociatesI hope and would like to think that this letter clears up some of the questions ask by The Revdex.com.It is not the intent of CCH Associates to be vindictive to anyone.It is CCH Associates job to collect money owed to the *** *** communityIt is not our money so to speak, it is *** ***’s money
