The men ( [redacted] )who ran this company shut it down and started " [redacted] ***"They were originally recommended by a realtorWe used them for an earlier, small job and they were fast, proficient and respectfulHowever, when we hired them to rebuild during an insurance claimWe signed a contract on May 30th, and they insisted on receiving full payment to buy suppliesThe work was supposed to begin on JuneSetback after excuse after excuse, they never showed up to do any workOf the $7,in insurance money we paid them, they delivered $in materialsWe have been without half our house for nearly months and have been waiting on contract work for 75+ days

Contracted to replace hail damaged siding and restore home to original condition prior to hail damage All correspondence with the insurance company was shared with *** *** of Ccl Improvements and it was spelled out what was to be done Conversations I had with *** *** as to what would be done and assurances from him as to the fact that he would get it done were not followed through on his part Specifically completing trim above front entry, repairing hail damaged sections of siding at rear or home, sealing cuts in siding around pipes and vents, repairing deck at rear of home He had agreed to repair deck and I purchased boards and deck screws, and joist hangers He said that he would get it done in a day and showed up to do the job but he and his son *** sat in their pickup truck for two hours and then announced to my friend that they were leaving He left with the deck screws and joist hangers that I had purchased and despite three phone calls to *** in which I left m

A guy that names cody hire one of my roofing crews months ago he did not pay any cent yet at the beginning of work he don't want to use new felt not drip edge not pipe jacks no air vents he is useless contractor I place a lien at the property and he don't even care about it BE CAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid him to build a patio cover on October 13th He signed a contract to have work done by November 30th December he doesn't answer my call or returns my messages I leftI have $patio cover material sitting in my drive way and $sitting in Cody's pocket I am so frustrated with him not having any motivation to get the work done that I paid for
