We received a call from *** *** late in the afternoonThat next morning we responded by sending one of our foreman to her house to look at the problemWe looked at the inside where her son had said it was leakingThe areas above the windows was dry, which seemed
odd since it had rained hard the day beforeAll areas appear to be old water marksWe set up a ladder outside and inspected the roofWe did not find any issues with the roof, however the gutter had recently been cleaned next to the downspoutThe house has a boxed soffit and if the gutter overflows, it will run back into the houseThe pictures that we took while onsite show where the soffit has been damaged due to water overflowing the guttersWe let her son know to keep the gutters clean and that should solve the problemThis is not at all related to the roof, or to the previous work we did on the back side of the house
I would be happy to meet a mediator from the Revdex.com onsite to discuss this matter
