Review: I ordered a product from this company thinking it was the actual manufacture first off. Later I found out they are just a distributor of there products for Concours Direct Inc. The product was to help fuel economy. It was installed, drove with it for around two days and it made my miles per gallon worse. This is not what I was hoping would happen, when I am trying to save money at the pump, not visit the service station more often. Now this is how I found out that it was not the actual company I ordered it from, I called them to find out how I could get a refund, and they told me I didn't order it from them, it must have been a distributor. I asked them if they were allowed to use there name if there not part of the company, and they said they could, okay, that's deceiving to me but what can I do, right? So now I email the distributor and ask them how I go about returning it, they told me to send it to airaid, the actual company. I said but I didn't order it from them, I ordered it from you, who I THOUGHT was them. They told me it has to be sent to them, then airaid will credit them, and I will get my card credited back. The credited amount will be minus a restock fee, and the cost of shipping they incurred, (even though it was FREE shipping) plus what ever it is going to cost me to ship it back. It cost me $115.81, and all I may get back is $75.00? Calling them was the second mistake, they are rude and arrogant and said be lucky your getting any refund! This is NOT how a business should be run or the way customer service should treat any customer, especially if you hope for repeat business and referrals!Desired Settlement: I should receive a full refund,
