I ordered a coop from CCOnly.com They are cheaply made but do work nice for a few chickens. The shipment arrives in pieces and it takes about 2 hours with help to put it together. I would recommend glueing every side and piece to make it stronger I would recommend for a few chickens but don't move it alot They begin to fall apart.
Review: I received a trashed chicken coop from cconly.com 09/06/2012. It was not delivery damage but factory damage. I emailed cconly.com the same day and explained this in the email(see attached copy) and gave them 5 days to respond. They did not and so I have begun the complaint process with my credit card company today also. I only wished that I had come here first before I bought.The coop was damaged either in assembly and or packaging that will require replacement woods, some screws were loose and in bottom of box, there were no instructions for assembly plus no hardware to assemble the coop. I am very disappointed because I watched their video about making these coops and it is not like what I received. The wood is not much more than matchsticks! Very very disappointed.Copy of Email Sent to cconly.com:Hello. I received my hen house today...or I should say that I received my hen house in pieces today. By this I mean that there are broken slats, split wood, no hardware, no instructions, uncertain if all the pieces are even included. I must say that I am very very disappointed. It is not much more than wooden match construction. Before I file a complaint with my credit card I want to know what you intend to do to rectify this...I don't know what to call it...kindling! And before you ask, the shipping boxes looked fine. I was here to inspect them when it arrived so all the problems are from your factory and possibly transit. Although I can't leave feedback at your site, I can post it elsewhere and will; I just hope that it will be positive. Thank you for looking into this very urgent and serious matter. I will give you until Monday Sept. 10 to reply. A very unhappy AND surprised customer,Desired Settlement: I desire that 50% of my cost be refunded, $215.00/50% = $107.50 via my credit card to cover the replacement woods and hardware that I purchased plus paying to have it assembled.
