I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution not to be satisfactory to me because items was stolen out of my vehicle in their possession.

Good morning, first I'd like to start off by saying, This is the very first complaint we ever had on are family business, we've been in business over 4 years and take pride in are customer service and resolving any issues that may arrive. gotten some work done by us. she had called me looking for a estimate on here vehicle and had sent me some pictures. [redacted]'s 2012 [redacted] altima took severe damage to the rear end. she had told me that insurance was not going to cover her car and she really needed help to fix her car. she had gotten other quotes from body shop and was quoted very high on those estimates. she had told me she was a mother of 4 and had just here tax money to try to get the vehicle fixed. I felt like we all need a hand sometimes in life and agreed to due her car for only 3500. I got her a major discount from my buddy that has a [redacted] dismantler yard and got here whole rear end, trunk lid, rear taillights  and complete muffler for only 1750. any other person would had paid about 2500 dollars for all the parts I had gotten. my labor was only 1750 with I know is extremely low and wouldn't been matched no were else. she was very pleased with the price. May 9th here vehicle was completed and she picked it up, when picking it up I had notice the trunk light was coming on the dash witch I had advise her and let her know it must had been something electrical and I would look into it, to get it fixed. she then advise me that she had some high heels and sandals that were missing from here trunk. I advise her that everything that was in the trunk I had put in the back seats of her vehichle, she was very upset about her shoes, so I had told her I would ask my guys if they had seen her shoes. in the four years in business we had never had a complaint of anything missing from customers vehichles so it was odd to me that her shoes were missing. she said she had found her sandels at home but not her high heels,so she sent me a picture of them to see if I could find them. she then said that here battery had been changed out and some parts in her motor were switched out. wasn't real sure what parts. I asked her to bring in the vehicle to go over the things she was talking about but here vehicle needed to be jumped and she couldn't bring it over. I then bought her a brand new battery and drove to [redacted]'s work to install it,also installed some moldings that had came off from her vehicle. Im willing to resolve any issues that come up from  my repairs but I'm not going to buy shoes or belts that I did not take. I had made it very clear to [redacted] that I will take care any issues involving the repair and just to give me a chance to resolve the issues in hand. I wasn't given that opportunity so now I'm here responding to are first unsatisfied customer.

Review: My vehicle was not fixed properly. I paid [redacted] 3,500 dollars to fix the rear end of my vehicle. He told me he would be finished in 2 weeks. That was March 15th, 2016 and I just picked up my car May 9th 2016. After I paid for the work that was suppose to be done I took my car to get an appraisal a 2012 [redacted] Altima with ft h 71,000 miles. The appraisal was for 3,500 dollars. I couldn't do a trade in because the car was fixed incorrectly. I was told by [redacted] the man who appraised my car said that my car was very unsafe to drive. If I was to get hit from anywhere in the rear on my vehicle that the car would completely collasps. I believe [redacted] knew he didn't properly fixed the rear end of my car and he was very aware that I have children. So it was unprofessional for him to give me a unsafe car to ride in with my small 4 children. There we're also personal item that we're stolen out my vehicle such as leather coats, belts, shoes as well as my battery and cable cords that connect to the battery. My car no longer drives the same and my car has a major leak from under the Hood after I picked up my car from [redacted]'s shop.I never had any issues or problems with my vehicle because it was practically new. I believe parts we're stole from under the Hood of my vehicle because of the way my car drives and sounds. The work I paid for was not done whatsoever on my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and for [redacted] to pay for any repair that have to be fixed under mthe hood of my vehicle because there we're no leaks on my vehicle before it was towed to CCR AUTO BODY INC.
