Don't waste your time - I waited an hour after finishing time on the site for their rep to arrive, but he was a no-show. Didn't bother calling me to let me know. The next day I spoke to the rep again - he apologised for "forgetting" our appointment and he promised to call this evening to arrange another meeting. Needless to say, no phone call was received this evening. You need a contractor, not CCR
