Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [redacted] verbally told us that all concrete cracks due to New England weather however a hairline crack versus a displaced section of concrete are two different thingsThe major issue is that CCS should have prepared the ground under where they poured the concrete patio and because they didn't we now have a large section of concrete that is displaced We did agree to the Mag finish because they said it would look better due to all the angles...but they did a very sloppy job that has very high spots that are still to this day too rough to walk on with bare feet They came out and ground down some of the spots but they did not come back to finish Also [redacted] agreed to fill the chunk of concrete missing caused by CCS removing the tape from the [redacted] during installation He also agreed that he would come back and dig out a hole and fill with crushed stone that was not done during installation, but after weeks of waiting for that my husband bought crushed stone and dug it himself afraid we would have damage we waited for CCS to come We back filled the area with newly delivered top soil and compacted and seededWe have pictures to prove this After that winter when the snow thawed, the ground underneath the patio had drastically sunk, like a sink hole You could see the rebar under the concrete as confirmed by [redacted] when he came out to inspect A large crack appeared in this area but at the time [redacted] said it was too small to fix We contacted CCS to come out and fix this [redacted] agreed that he would fill the crack if it widens and if it becomes displaced he would replace that piece of concrete This was Wednesday April 16th, After many calls and no shows for months, which we have documented, [redacted] finally came out on August 11, to put crushed stone under the concrete By this time the crack was larger and beginning to be displaced [redacted] agreed to fix that area but never came back What CCS is claiming that they are not landscapers has nothing has nothing to do with the fact that they didn't do their job, which was properly prepare the ground before pouring the concrete I didn't realize by opening this document that I would only have minutes to respond or else I would provide pictures Regards, [redacted] And [redacted]

The day of the pour husband approved the mag finish look. The area that settled was never back filled by the home owners. We did everything in are scope of work and then went back the following year to repair settled area because it not got back filled by the home owner. We
don't do landscaping for living. We also fixed the area that where rough and both home owners read the contract reading cracking. Tell us why here

Review: Hired ccs concrete to due a pool deck and patio with two circles last July. after he finished We had water coming in our closed room. And one of the circles held water all do to poor grading. He came back and installed a drain that only filled Up with water because it didn't drain anywhere also installed a deco drain that did not drain anywhere. Came back and said he would only rip out part of the patio and one circle, but would not fix the deco drain. Came back to fix the problem in July 2012 and now we even have more problems and never finished the job. We have all colors of cement when the contract was to have two colors. We have called him numerous times and he won't return any of our calls.Desired Settlement: Would like a total refund so we can hire someone else to get the job done right.
