Allowing the problem to remain unresolved, when rain is expected, until next week is not helpful, and will allow the leak the opportunity to grow The leak is in the same place as before, so no reason to believe that it isn't a problem I shouldn't expect the roofer to fix The roofer should be interested in getting the problem solved as quickly as today, before expected rain

Regarding Complaint #[redacted] This note is an update... On 03/15/17, I finally received the expected [redacted] materials warranty document, which Gilberto had promised in October 2016, however my name was incorrectly written and it had an incorrect installation date. I called [redacted] to ask for the information to be corrected. I was referred to the area [redacted] materials representative, who listened well and agreed to manage the warranty document corrections. On 03/29/17, I received the corrected warranty document. Gilberto still hasn't communicated with me, though the [redacted] representative said that he would "reach out" to him. I hope there will not be any problems with the roof, because Gilberto may be difficult in meeting the 5 year labor warranty written into his bid for the job. I remain baffled by the situation, but I am grateful to have finally received the [redacted] warranty document, though 5 months later. -**
This complaint was filed 4 minutes after we received notice from the customer. Before we could respond, the customer already acknowledged that one of the leaks she detected was in fact not a leak. We have scheduled the customer for our soonest availability to inspect the roof and search for the cause of her detected leaks. We fully stand behind our warranty on workmanship and should the leaks be attributed to any wrong doings by us, we will fully resolve any and all damage that occurred to the home owner. We request time be given upon notification to at least inspect the issue before any complaints are filed negatively against our company.
