to whom it may concern, I recently went to Volvo to take care of an issue with my headlights(02-21-2014). I asked the person involved in the process of the cost to get my headlights to work and he advised that after a mechanic put my car on the machine to be diagnose then he will advise me of the reason and the cost to get fixed. Later in the day he called and advised that the bulbs had blew and I the cost was $9 a bulb and then went on to tell me about other issue they found in the diagnosis. I proceeded to advise to fix all the issues they found a total cost of $770.00. The mechanic advised that my car would not be done that day so I asked if I can get a few things out of my car where I saw both my head lights working. I then paid the money and advised I will pick my car up when finished. The very next week I received a phone call from Volvo advising that my lights are not working because of a computer box not working in my car and the issue is $1,400. I asked why that was not found during the diagnosis on friday and gave me a side swipe answer. I have dealt witjh Volvo in the past and again the price is always higher than given originally. I dont believe I have an issue with anything and I want my headlights working the way a headlight should work and that I have already paid.
